1960s school desk, made of solid beech, with a locker. The metal frame was repainted black. The top of the work surface was repainted in @libéron's New Black (subtle iridescent effects). The entire wooden frame was then protected with a colorless marine varnish with a matte finish. It can also be used as a side table, entryway storage area, end table, or nightstand.
