Danish Modern Rosewood Chest of Drawers by Børge Seindal for P. Westergaard

This classic danish chest of drawers was designed by børge seindal for poul westergaards møbelfabrik silkeborg during the 1960s. It is finished with high-quality dark rosewood with regular and visible grain. The cabinet has four drawers with oblong wooden handles. The base is made of low turned legs. The piece of furniture is practical, functional and, due to the material used, also elegant. It is a classic example of scandinavian design and danish aesthetic idea. The signature is on the back, The chest of drawers is in original vintage condition. It has minor traces of age, visible discoloration inside one of the drawers.
