EPNS silver metal fish service, 6 people complete, good condition SB916

Here is an old silver plated fish service from the epns factory (uk). It is complete with its large fork and serving knife, 6 knives and forks with bakelite handles. Period: circa 1930. Presented in its original oak wood case, velvet and silk interior. Inscription on the lid "Mrs Davies, from her colleagues at the American Express". Condition: service in good condition, beautiful silvering, slight traces of use, the bakelite handles are very clean, as in the photos. The box has a stain on the inside (photo 2) and is missing a closure (photo 16), the exterior is satin varnished but the photos do not do it justice. Dimensions: box: height: 5cm, length: 35 cm, width: 23 cm. Serving cutlery: 27 cm, forks: 18 cm, knife: 21 cm. Weight: 1,800 kg, carefully packaged: approximately 3/3.5 kg.
