This large wall lamp by designer Louis Kalff for Philips is a classic of Scandinavian design. The minimalist approach is at its finest, with the combination of teak and a large rectangular shade of satin-finish opaline glass. It can be seen in the 1968 Philips catalog under the name "Auray" (photo). Louis Kalff was the lighting designer for the brand at the time, and he also created the famous logo. Superb lighting thanks to the satin finish of the opaline glass. Very easy to mount with two screws; can also be used as a table lamp. Bakelite B22 socket, LED bulb included, Wago connector.
