Series of 4 armchair

Tubular armchairs design attributed to Matteo Grassi model MG5. These armchairs are made of black leather and their tubular structure is made of bent and chromed steel. Leather stretched between the uprights serves as seat and back. Two soft metal bars under the seat keep the spacing constant and give the chairs flexibility. The b34 chair has a cantilevered structure that gives flexibility to the seat and armrests. The chrome-plated tubular frame forms a continuous line from the armrests, forming the base, the seat and then back to the backrest. The backrest is no longer a single piece curved at the back but consists of two separate elements. A single stretched leather is threaded onto the uprights, which are attached to the frame structure by means of screwed rods. The wooden cuffs are replaced by smaller leather elements on top of the armrests. Very comfortable and in good condition. To note: classic traces of use, small snags under one of the seats, without consequence on the solidity and the comfort of the seat, a wear to note at the end of an armrest. To protect your floors, we will add black glides under the legs.
