Antique adjustable pendant lamp

This antique hanging lamp dates from the 1910s/1920s. What is special about this piece is that the lamp can be adjusted in height by means of a counterweight and pulleys. Pull the counterweight and the lamp goes up, push the weight up and the lamp goes down. The complete picture is also very decorative to see. Both the counterweight and the ceiling cap are made of porcelain. The shade is made of holophane glass. This piece is equipped with new wiring and works with a standard E27 fitting. Ready for use. Maximum height 165cm, shade diameter 16cm.
