Danish mid century shelving unit in oak, 1970s

The minimalist and functional Scandinavian mid-century oak shelving unit was made some time in the 1970s in Denmark. The shelves can be can be hung higher or lower using simple system. Overall dimensions are H: 172 / W: 79 / D: 20 cm. Designed in the style of Poul Cadovius, this minimalist wall system embodies the timeless Scandinavian approach to storage—light, practical, and beautifully proportioned.  The set consists of: 5 oak shelves, 20 cm depth, Two solid wood rails, 172 cm each, Solid brass hangers. The unit has been fully renovated. The shelves have been sanded down and coated with a thin layer of satin lacquer for durability and easy maintenance. Despite its age, the set remains in great vintage condition and is ready to serve for many more years. We have over 200 Danish shelves from the mid-20th century. We offer them in various sets.
