This siphon features a thick glass bottle with a beautiful bluish hue, adorned with an acid-etched marking mentioning A. Chevalier – Villars-les-Dombes, an authentic testament to its professional use in the tradition of cafés, breweries, and beverage establishments at the turn of the 20th century. The original metal head also bears the Chevalier stamp with lever and pouring spout, retaining a very decorative old patina, highlighting the industrial and utilitarian character of the object. The whole offers an elegant silhouette emblematic of siphons from this period. In good condition, with signs of use and patina consistent with age; item sold for decorative use. An emblematic object of French bistros and breweries, this siphon will perfectly fit into a vintage, industrial, or eclectic decor, on a bistro table, a shelf, a bar, or in a collection of items related to the history of cafés. An authentic piece rich in history, with strong decorative power.
