Set of 6 vintage wooden and straw chairs (1960s-70s) – Rustic Style

For sale, a charming set of 6 authentic solid wood chairs with straw seats, ideal for a chic country, rustic, or vintage style decor. These chairs have a history: they were purchased by my parents in the early 1970s and come from the Thouars region (Deux-Sèvres, 79). Dimensions: • Total height: 86 cm. • Width: 40 cm. • Depth: 45 cm. • Seat height: 45 cm (slightly low seat, very comfortable) These chairs have lived and have the charm of the old. The straw seats are generally well preserved (see photos). They are sold as is: some require minor simple repairs (one slat to reattach, a small piece of wood to re-nail). Please note that the original wooden pieces to be fixed are included with the lot. Perfect for a restoration project, to leave as they are, or to be distressed/painted according to your tastes!
