1960s Adjustable “BL3” floor lamp by Bestlite, UK

A lovely adjustable floor lamp, model bl3, manufactured by bestlite in the uk around 1960. This lamp has a nice elegant style. The round metal foot holds a tubular, chrome plated metal base. The chrome plated arm holds a black hood, creating a nice harmony in it’s style. The arm can be adjusted in height up and down the base, making this piece suitable for different decors and situations! When lit, it emits a bright directional light. The manufacturer’s name is carved into the frame, as shown in photos. This versatile lamp remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
