Coffee table beaten iron gilded glass Maison Ramsay 1950

Very beautiful neoclassical coffee table in beaten iron gilded with leaf of the ramsay house dating from the 50s, in the pure style of french decorators post art deco. The top is made of transparent security glass, and has been replaced. With a superb quality of manufacture and finish, this model is well known to decorators, and a timeless classic of the 40s - 50s. It has been completely restored, retaining this superb patina, and is in a superb state of preservation.
