Large Mid-Century Extendable Teak Dining Table

Scandinavian extendable dining table from the 1960s. With a maximum length of 240 cm, this table can accommodate up to 10/12 people. In its original configuration, the table is a discreet round table that fits seamlessly into the room. There are two extension tops that can be used independently of each other, resulting in three different table sizes. In order to reach the length of more than 2 m without additional finishing, the table has a telescopic construction consisting of solid wood elements. The table top and insert plates have an all-wood end. This highlights and suggests a greater thickness of material of the top which has been covered with a black formica sheet for a more contemporary effect. Attribution mark under the tray but of unknown origin. Very good state. This vintage item has no defects, but it may have slight signs of use, visible in the photos.
