SAINT-LOUIS carafe in cut crystal SAPHO model from 1930 chemical engraving

This sublime wine carafe is a creation of the manufacture de cristal de saint-louis. The "sapho" model is in the saint-louis catalog from 1930. As for the glasses of this model, the carafe is decorated with the chemical engraving "cristal de roche 3219" with its magnificent ribbon bows, garlands and flower baskets. Of perfect transparency and high quality, the engraving is delicate and elegant. In very good condition, it measures 37 cm in height X 12 cm in diameter. It is not signed, because it dates from before 1936. I note scratches from use. The stopper is not original, the number is different but it fits very well. For example, a massenet carafe in saint-louis crystal is sold new for €710 each.
