Affectionately nicknamed moumoutte, the coquette was born in the workshops of the peltex company installed since 1956 in the aube, the country of knitting. Produced with crylor, a synthetic fiber patented by the giant rhône-poulenc, peltex's fake fur is naturally knitted. In the middle of a wide range of carpets and other shimmering bedspreads, peltex creates a line of seats with chairs, stools and ottomans, marketed under the pelfran brand. It takes its name from the synthetic contraction of the two words peluche française.
