Antique engraved and enamelled ceramic cup

Very old bowl, or small salad bowl, with braided handles, in ceramic with engraved and enameled decoration of red flowers with yellow centers and green leaves on a beige background, brown rim and heel. Signed on the side but not identified. In very good condition despite a non-crossing hair (see photo). Total height 9 cm, diameter 18 cm, width with handles 25 cm - weight 491 g.
