Created in 2015 by Danish designer Rikke Frost for the publisher Woud, the DOT pendant light is part of the lineage of contemporary Scandinavian design, where minimalism, functionality, and refinement of materials meet with precision. ■ Its opal white glass diffuser, with a soft and elongated shape, emits a uniform and warm light, ideal for creating a cosy atmosphere. ■ The upper part made of perforated lacquered metal is the signature of the model: once lit, the lamp reveals a subtle play of light spots, adding depth and sophistication to the whole. The balance between the rigidity of the metal and the softness of the glass gives this pendant a strong decorative presence while remaining timeless. ■ In its Large version, the DOT becomes a true centrepiece, perfect above a dining table, a kitchen island, or as a unique pendant in a living space.
