Vintage Op Art design vase, model Spike 501, produced in Germany by Scherzer between the late 1960s and early 1970s. The vase is executed in bisque porcelain, characterized by an unglazed matte exterior surface giving a soft, velvety appearance while emphasizing sculptural form. The body features a fully three-dimensional geometric relief composed of sharp pyramidal spikes distributed evenly across the surface.
