Exceptionally elegant coffee table in a beautiful size, made of teak wood. This very beautifully designed coffee table is attributed to the great designer Louis van Teeffelen. For the company Wébé, he designed various beautiful pieces of furniture in the mid-1960s that stand out for their choice of materials and design. The organic shapes are very striking and reminiscent of Scandinavian design language, while having their own identity. The condition is well-maintained, with the top free from major scratches or stains. Notably, a veneer repair was made on the short side by the original owners in 1972. The photos show this 'sign of use'. Despite this, it remains a very distinctive piece of furniture, ready to be used with its own story. The frame is also still nice and stable.
