Green enamel table lamp by Bartholdy Ceramics, 1960s-70s, Denmark.

Table lamp with a beautiful green enamel by Bartholdy Ceramics, 1960s-70s, Denmark. It measures 20 cm in height (26 cm including the socket) and has a diameter of 13 cm; its weight is approximately 1,160 grams. The enamel is incredibly beautiful. The lamp was designed by ceramist Benny Bartholdy Pedersen, who founded his own workshop in 1963 after completing an apprenticeship at Eslau and working as a journeyman at Palshus. His lamps and jars from the 1970s are particularly renowned for this type of rustic and brutalist style, in which glossy enamels are combined with raw, textured, earthy-colored bands. A bulb is included with the purchase (compatible with a standard E26/E27 socket). Safely packaged and shipped with insurance.
