Directoire style display cabinet with two doors

Marquetry display cabinet in Directoire style made of veneered wood (rosewood, rosewood, boxwood); opening with two gridded doors; interior fitted with adjustable shelves on rails. Tapered legs, top made of breccia marble. Entrance, grating, brass sabot. There are some minor signs of wear, a touch-up of the varnish... The marble has been restored and has small chips on the side. French work, 20th century.
