Danish pair of 'KK-37' armchairs by Kay Kørbing for Godtfred H. Petersen, 1960s

This is a lovely pair of 'KK-37' armchairs found in Denmark, designed by Kay Kørbing and produced by Godtfred H. Petersen A/S. These well-made chairs feature a beautiful colour and are quite rare, as it is the first time the seller has come across them. Kay Kørbing was known for designing modern ship interiors from the 1930s to the 1960s. The chairs are in very good original condition with minor traces of use and are labeled by the maker.
