✴️RARE & VINTAGE ✴️ Large chrome-plated metal table lamp with a hemispherical opal holophane glass shade that diffuses a warm, dark light. First appearing in the 1985 catalog, the New York lamp inaugurated Habitat's "City" period, showcasing a line of urban and decidedly chic objects inspired by the architecture of major New York cities. Good condition, some signs of age ⌛️ This lamp will suit any style of interior, modern or retro, in any room, entryway, or conservatory. Value of this lamp between €1200 and €2000 ⚠️The shade is not original but from a 1960s Mathieu Mategot Holophane pendant light, making it slightly larger and heavier without altering its character, while still respecting its lines and using more robust period materials 😁.
