Vintage vase, shell, glass and gold, bohemian chic

Pretty glass vase which was perhaps at the base a carafe. Thick texture glass. Shell-shaped. I think it's from the 1960s, 1970s. It takes codes of the belle époque so is maybe even older but I am not a specialist. No manufactory written on it. Good condition because the.golden party is piqued + chiseled glass (see photo) 17 cm total height. 11 cm width the or c is the widest.
