Vintage walnut sideboard from the 'Abstracta series' by Jos De Mey for Van den Berghe Pauvers, 1967. Very high-quality piece with 4 drawers and 2 sliding doors. Note the dovetail joints of the drawers. Behind the sliding doors are 2 spacious storage compartments, each with 1 adjustable shelf. Legs are adjustable via brass floor gliders. Brass handles. Shows acceptable signs of use (1 discolouration on the top – see photos). The height of this piece is between a lowboard and a highboard.
