2 old bridge chairs in wood & red skai

This pair of vintage armchairs is typical of French bridge furniture from the post-war period — with a slightly inclined backrest, tapered legs, and open scroll arms that add movement to the whole without ever making it feel heavy. The light wood contrasts beautifully with the deep red upholstery, highlighted by a fine dark trim along the edge of the seat. This type of chair, highly sought after in French interiors of the 1940s-1950s, accompanied living rooms and dining rooms for card evenings — hence its name. Overall good condition with some signs of normal wear. Dimensions: W 48.5 X D 41 X H 82 cm (Seat height 49 cm).
