We are delighted to offer for sale this absolutely stunning pair of three-panel antique screens made from the highest quality Dutch mahogany and walnut, featuring glass tops and double-action hinges. These screens are of museum quality, the best I have ever seen for sale. They can open from both sides thanks to their special hinges, allowing them to pivot almost 360 degrees. The screens have been cleaned, waxed, and polished from top to bottom. There are a few small losses in the marquetry here and there; otherwise, in my eyes, they are perfect for the period. One of the panels of the second screen is reversed as it was used as a door, which can be easily corrected by a professional.
