Guéridon by J. & J. Kohn, around 1900

Solid wood gueridon resting on four turned and tapered legs, adorned with rings. Circular top with soft lines, revealing a lovely grain. Published by the J. & J. Kohn company, a major Austro-Hungarian manufacturer founded in Vienna in the 19th century, known for its bent wood furniture and its connections to the Vienna Secession. Hot stamp present under the apron. Good used condition, with marks on the top consistent with age. Dimensions: H 77 × W 70 × D 70 cm.
