Vintage Scandinavian style bench

"Captain Hook" bench, 3-seater sofa, Scandinavian style, in walnut, from the 60s, which was made by a carpenter from Montebourg in the Manche in Normandy. Captain Hook was the nickname of the carpenter because he had an amputated hand and had a hook with multiple adaptable tools for working. Incredible! His work was of quality in any case, the finishes are superb, the bench has 2 large drawers under the seat, super practical, refined signs clearly inspired by the Scandinavian style and benches of this period. Unique piece. The cushions, seats are still correct, they are not new of course but correct. Original fabric and foam. It has been sanded and varnished in colorless matte to protect it. Washed fabric (some slight discoloration in places see photo due to time). Unique piece, quality to adopt.
