Space Age Cascading Pendant by Polam, 1960s/1970s

Absolutely amazing space age cascading pendant manufactured by polam (model d-162) - poland, 1960s/70s. Five chromed steel shades with red lacquer on the inside. High quality craftsmanship. Polam was the leading manufacturer of lighting in poland in the 2nd half of the 20th century. The design of the shades is the style of hans-agne jakobsson. The cables can be adjusted per shade to alter the height required. Cleaned, re-wired & ready to use (compatible in all countries europe, uk, us, etc.). Each light requires one e27 light bulb. Led compatible. Height (from ceiling): c. 80 cm; diameter: c. 35 cm; diameter (ceiling cup): 24 cm. The length of the cables can be adjusted. Very good vintage condition.
