Rare daybed-bench model "dw2"by dieter waeckerlin / edited by idealheim (swiss) / 1960s. This daybed is composed of 8 solid mahogany slats, resting on 4 feet in black lacquered metal. Each latte is "dug" on the surface (visible in photos), for a better grip if a mattress or cushions are placed there. Swiss manufacturing, very qualitative and robust (weighs heavy). Label of the publisher present under the bench. Usable in daybed, as bench / extra bench, or even in large coffee table. Sober and elegant design!
