We are delighted to offer this lovely vintage writing table with a silk embroidered top and a glass protector. A very aesthetically pleasing and well-made piece of furniture, it is a writing table as mentioned and features a wonderful rich covering with silk embroidery under a glass top. We have cleaned, waxed, and polished it from top to bottom. There will be some patina due to age and honest use; there are liquid marks on the back and side as illustrated, otherwise it is in good condition. Please note that vintage and original items such as leather seating will always have a natural patina in the form of creases and wear; we recommend annual waxing to ensure that no moisture is lost. Additionally, hand-dyed leather is not recommended to be kept in direct sunlight for long periods as it dries out and discolours.
