Around 1850 in Bordeaux, from the famous Jules Vieillard factory, hummingbird service. 1 flat plate decorated with flowers, birds and pink-Bordeaux, brown/aubergine butterflies, on barely ivory earthenware. Shiny, with signs of use, this extremely rare plate shows signs of wear: presence of numerous hairs, a 7 cm crack and discreet chips - see photos. Diameter 25cm., height 2cm. Weight: 533 grs.
