Vintage ceramic cylindrical vase

Cylindrical vase in glazed ceramic signed Strehla, made in East Germany (GDR) in the 1970s. This model, with its clean design, stands out for its matte finish in anthracite shades with slight bluish reflections. The relief work, marked by fine horizontal stripes, gives it a raw and mineral aesthetic very close to the brutalist style and the Fat Lava movement. A characterful decorative piece, ideal on its own or to be integrated into a collection of vintage ceramics on a Scandinavian sideboard. Stamped under the base "Strehla GDR" and numbered 9456.
