Lounge chair & ottoman Herman Miller vintage 1960-70 Charles & Ray Eames

After several years of development by Ray & Charles Eames, the Herman Miller lounge chair entered production in 1956. This armchair is one of the first European editions dating from the 1960s, still under the Herman Miller brand before the creation of Vitra. Multiplex shells in original black finish, slightly patinated (a few scratches), polished aluminum legs. The upholstery of the armchair and the ottoman has just been redone in very supple Nappa leather. High quality leather, of Swiss origin. Very nice color combination.
