Vintage step stool in wood and steel

Hello, here is a stool doubled as a stepladder, dating from the 1950s. The seat and the two folding steps (ridged to minimize the risk of slipping) are made of wood. The very robust structure is made of off-white painted steel. It is in a very good state of conservation, bearing some slight traces of time, visible in the photographs. Its stability is optimal. It is truly an invention of the times which has not yet found a more competent replacement. When unfolded, its depth is 54 cm. Thank you for your visit.
