Boch iron earth plates 1890

Beautiful belgian plates 21.5 cm in diameter and 2 cm high. Antique transfer made by the famous manufacturer boch freres keramis (bfk) in the "elvire" pattern. This manufacturer was founded in 1841 by jean-françois and victor boch, yes one of the main owners of another well-known company, villeroy & boch. According to the stamp on the back of the plate, these probably date from the end of the 19th century (in the 1890s) and its main factory was in tournai in belgium. These are blue firestone, ironstone plates. In very good condition considering the age. In stock a second batch of 8.
