American mid-century lamp

Mid-century laying lamp. This lamp comes from the united states so the wiring is american, it works perfectly with the adapter that I leave on the lamp. There is a crack on one of the plexiglass that is visible in the photos. There are three positions: 3 bulbs lit, 2 or 1.
