3307 – large enameled blue carafe attributed to the verreries & cristalleries de saint-denis and pantin (and quatre chemins) united, whose director at the age of 27 is the master glassmaker françois théodore legras, this large carafe in twisted blown glass blue enamelled with polychrome floral decoration with highlights in good condition. No cracks or chips. Engraved white glass stopper with very small chips from use. Trace of the polished pontil under the base and presence of air bubbles trapped during blowing. Height 300mm X 140mm.
