Small buffet with two doors and two drawers topped with a display case featuring side shelves supported by slender turned posts. The panels of the doors, as well as those on the sides of the upper section, contain floral ceramics; at the centre of the glass door is a relief ceramic panel depicting the allegory of painting; it bears an indecipherable signature. On the back, the mark "Goldchelder Wien, " attributable to the famous Viennese ceramic manufacture, is engraved with the numbers "0764 / 16 / 30&." The curved feet, the cornice, like the rest of the piece, feature small "whip" sculptures and carved floral motifs, enhanced by gilding and lacquering. The frames and hardware are brass-plated, crafted in a floral style with flowers and fruits in partially gilded copper sheet.
