Black forest sculpture. Superb double inkwell, carved from a single piece of wood. Work from the black forest, napoleon III period. A couple of pheasants on a tree stump surrounded by various leaves. 21 photos are available. All details are visible. Good condition despite the absence at the back of the pheasant wing and old worm holes on the leaves. It is a large, quite heavy sculpture. 45 cm by 27 cm and 30 cm high. Superb authentic and rare collectible sculpture.
