Vintage Italian alabaster footed bowl in white and beige, 1960s.

Very pretty bowl on a pedestal made of white veined alabaster with a beige base, Italian craftsmanship. Vintage from the 1960s. Beautiful circular shape on a moulded foot, the stone displaying lovely natural shades and a slight translucency. 12.5cm high, 18.5cm maximum diameter. Good condition, some signs of wear: stains, small chips. Small nicks on the rim, consistent with the age and soft nature of the alabaster. Weighs approximately 1kg.
