Touareg Berber carpet

Berber rug made by tuareg women of the sahara, on an artisanal loom. Initially the specialty of tuareg women is leather when men work with metal and silver, nevertheless weaving is part of their culture as well, during our caravans of solidarity we decided to collaborate with its talented and dynamic women, making available to them the raw material (wool, leather and piece of fabrics...) in order to create its small authentic carpets, in a social and solidarity economic approach, because 50% of the income will be donated to the craftsmen, the other half being for the association that helps the isolated populations of the great sahara.
