Description
Pair of earthenware candlesticks from the tenera series by the norwegian artist grete helland-hansen for royal copenhagen, series created from 1958 by nils thorsson (1898-1975). The candlesticks are marked under the base "538" for the decor created by grete helland-hansen and "3593" for the shape created by grete helland-hansen in 1968 and her initials. The small bar under the "g" in copenhagen indicates that they were produced between 1969 and 1973.
