Brutalist raw wood desk

Pine desk from the beginning of the century. It was originally tinted/varnished in very dark brown. Sanding gave it this pretty patina because the wood is very veined. The drawer handle was handcrafted in wrought iron. The drawer is very deep: it is the width of the table. The wood was treated with a matte colorless varnish.
