Georges Boyer Porcelain Dinner Plate

Flat plate, in porcelain, made by georges boyer. Magnificent plate with careful decoration, alternating golden edging and a rather floral frieze. Porcelain is a family affair for the boyers since his father, jean, acquired a factory in 1920. Georges took over in 1934 and then developed the activity before handing it over to his son gérard. Plate in great condition. Note that the frieze is a little faded around the edge (see photos). Another flat plate, with a different decor, also available.
