Georges Boyer Porcelain Dinner Plate

Flat plate, in porcelain, made by georges boyer. Magnificent plate with careful decoration, alternating gold edging, red edging and geometric decoration. Porcelain is a family affair for the boyers since his father, jean, acquired a factory in 1920. Georges took over in 1934 and then developed the activity before handing it over to his son gérard. Plate in great condition. Note that the decor may be a little faded around the edges (see photos). Another flat plate, with a different decor, also available.
