Curved Commode 18th Century

Beautiful chest of drawers with chevron marquetry in veneer and solid walnut in Louis XV style. 18th century. Front opening with 5 curved drawers. Handles and decorations in gilded bronze. 2 locks present but keys missing. Top showing signs of wear and the weight of years, 1 back leg damaged, a few areas slightly pitted or with wood shrinkage. No defects in the veneer, the drawers slide well, attractive appearance, the whole piece has a substantial weight. Height 80cm x width 126cm x depth 63cm.
