Restored vintage desk + matching chair 89 x 50 x 76 cm

This compact yet highly functional desk will find its place in a Parisian apartment, an entrance, a living room, or a bedroom. A unique piece carefully restored. Vintage 60s/70s wooden desk (oak veneer) with a 3-drawer unit (interchangeable) and brass handle, accompanied by its chair. The top has been detached, the varnish revived, and everything has been waxed for a high-quality finish similar to shellac varnish. Drawer fronts have been repainted with "V33, Essensia satin" paint made from natural ingredients in a gradient of ochre/peat/root colours. The missing veneer has been repaired with shellac sticks for cabinetmakers, and two oak veneer grafts have been made. The restoration is not a complete overhaul; it intentionally retains signs of use, particularly ink stains inside two drawers. A solid set, ready for use. 3 sliding drawers, brass handles. Black metal tubular chair in Mullca style, with blonde wood seat/backrest. Finish: shellac varnish, V33 acrylic paint. Condition: very good, minimal marks consistent with age.
