Pair of famous "Snowball" candle holders made of blown glass, designed by Ann Wolff for the Swedish manufacturer Kosta Boda since 1973. More than just a candle holder, the Snowball model has become a classic of Scandinavian design. It is said to have originated from an experiment involving blowing hot glass directly into a pile of snow, resulting in this organic shape and irregular surface reminiscent of a snowball. Its texture captures and diffuses the candlelight softly and warmly, evoking childhood snow lanterns and long Nordic winter evenings. The two candle holders are in very good overall condition. Note: there are a few tiny chips on the underside of one, discreet and not visible when in use. Sold as a pair. Dimensions: 9 X 7.5 X 9 cm / Candle diameter: 5 cm. Careful packaging.
