Alida Antoinetta van Nie (1927–2010) Monti Volsinii. Framed watercolour.

Alida Antoinetta "Aat" van Nie (1927–2010) was a Dutch painter, watercolourist, and author of children's books. Born in Arnhem on 21 May 1927, she spent much of her life and passed away in Voorburg on 13 November 2010. She painted here a landscape of the Monti Volsinii, which are located in northern Lazio, in the province of Viterbo, near the borders of Tuscany and Umbria. The colours are vibrant and warm, and the frame is of good quality, in silver metal (with some scratches).
